The VDO Rental software is not a brokerage service

VDO Rental is rental-management software. Signing up, listing a rental on VDO Rentals, collecting rent or using any feature does not create an agency, brokerage or fiduciary relationship with Anil Aggarwal or Vylla Home. Landlords remain responsible for their own properties, leases, security deposits, notices and compliance with law. A brokerage relationship starts only when you sign a written agreement with Vylla Home; any commission or fee is agreed in that written agreement before work begins. As required in New Jersey, you will receive the Consumer Information Statement on New Jersey Real Estate Relationships at first substantive contact.

Listings

MLS listing data is provided by the Central Jersey Multiple Listing Service (CJMLS) IDX program. Rentals posted on VDO Rentals are entered by the landlords who use the software. All listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified; prices, rent and availability can change at any time.
