This policy explains how VDO Rental (vdorental.com) collects and uses information.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), information landlords enter about properties, tenants, leases and payments, rental applications and contact form messages, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) used for security.

How we use it

To provide the service, send transactional emails (invites, invoices, reminders), prevent abuse, and respond to you. We do not sell personal information.

Who can see tenant data

Data entered by a landlord account is visible only to that landlord's team, the tenant it relates to, and assigned maintainers for their jobs. VDO Rental staff access it only for support or legal reasons.

Service providers

We use hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email (Resend) and, if you pay by card, Stripe. They process data only to provide their services.

Your choices

You can update your account details anytime, or ask us to delete your account by emailing anil.aggarwal@vylla.com.
