The service

VDO Rental provides online software for landlords and property managers to organize properties, tenants, leases, invoices, payments, expenses and maintenance. It is a record-keeping tool; you remain responsible for your rental business and for complying with all laws.

Not legal or tax advice

Lease templates, articles and ebooks are general education, not legal, tax or financial advice. Have a New Jersey attorney review your lease and consult a tax professional.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance after the free trial. Card subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Bank/Zelle payments activate the plan for the period paid. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Fair housing

You agree not to use the service, including listings and applications, to discriminate on any basis protected by federal, New Jersey or local law, including source of lawful income.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You are responsible for having permission to store your tenants' information and for keeping your login secure.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
