Guest Media Release Agreement

This agreement is between you (the "Guest") and VDO Rental, operated by Anil Aggarwal ("we", "us"), for your participation in the VDO Rental Podcast. It applies only to the uses you individually authorize on the guest application. Each authorization is optional and separate.

1. Uses you can authorize

• I authorize VDO Rental to record my interview (video and audio).
• I authorize publication of my interview on vdorental.com.
• I authorize publication on YouTube and other video platforms.
• I authorize short clips, quotes and photos from my interview to be shared on social media.
• I authorize distribution through GoDesi.com and its affiliated media (GoDesi Media, GoDesi News, Desi Who's Who).
• I authorize display of my name, photo, business name and logo with the interview.

2. What we may do with an authorized use

For each use you authorize, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to record, edit for length and clarity, reproduce, publish, distribute and promote your interview, name, likeness, voice, business name, logo and the information you provided, in the media you authorized. We will not edit your words to change their meaning.

3. What we will not do

• We will not publish anything you did not authorize.
• We will not show your number of properties or units unless you allow it.
• We will not sell your contact details. Your email and phone number are never shown publicly.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you share is true to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that you will not disclose confidential information about tenants or clients. Guest opinions are their own and are not legal, tax or financial advice.

5. GoDesi distribution

If you authorize GoDesi distribution, your interview may be shared on GoDesi.com and its affiliated media (GoDesi Media, GoDesi News and Desi Who's Who).

6. Who's Who recognition

Guests may be considered for GoDesi Who's Who recognition. Selection is at our sole discretion, is based on experience, accomplishments and interview quality, and is not guaranteed. No payment is required or accepted for selection.

7. No payment

Participation is voluntary and unpaid. You are not charged to appear.

8. Withdrawal

You may withdraw at any time using the withdrawal form. We will remove your interview and profile from vdorental.com promptly and from other outlets we control within a reasonable time. Copies already shared by third parties may be outside our control.
